The Apartment
Our Guest House Apartment features a spacious bedroom with king-size bed, private full bath, cozy sitting area with stone fireplace, fully appointed kitchen with quality cookware, spices, coffee and tea, a large common area (with pull-out couch for additional guests), with sliding glass doors opening to a sun-drenched deck that overlooks the vineyards and Seneca Lake. The Apartment includes access to the large screened in front porch, and exclusive access to the large back deck. Perfect for 2 to 4 people-- families, couples and solo travelers.
The Studio
The Studio features a comfy queen-size bed, dining table and chairs, and a fully stocked kitchenette with microwave, small refrigerator, coffee maker, dishes, and sink/counter area. Newly renovated full bathroom. The perfect home base for couples or solo travelers seeking to explore the region. Includes access to both the screened in front porch and the spacious backyard.
Vista Room
Private room with separate walk-up entrance and private balcony overlooking the gorgeous vineyards of Seneca Lake. This room is perfect for the single traveler or couple looking for a comfortable stay and stunning vineyard views. Full bathroom, sitting area for two, bistro table on patio, microwave, coffee maker and mini fridge complete your stay.
