Scott Signori - Owner and Chef
As owner and chef at Escape Café in Washington D.C. Scott experienced many ethnic culinary traditions. His respect for these traditions remains strong and is the impetus for his dedication to creating his own "Finger Lakes" cuisine. Scott's bountiful imagination is manifest in each dish at the Stonecat Café; inspired by a palette of local ingredients that changes with the season.

Jessica Giles Signori - Owner
Daughter of an entrepreneurial Maine family, Jessica has been surrounded by interesting people all her life. It is her own interest in peoples' unique qualities that led her to apply her degree in Cultural Anthropology from Hobart and William Smith Colleges to a career at the Stonecat. Since Jessica oversees all aspects of the Dining Room and beyond, you're bound to encounter her soft smile and quick wit.
